When an application, such as the calculator, is launched twice on a Windows 10 client, how can we prevent both instances from appearing in front of all other applications when one is clicked? Currently, only if Calculator 2 is minimized beforehand does it not show in the foreground of other apps on screen 2. Is there a way to manage this through settings?

We're experiencing issues with the Parallels RAS Web Client. Whenever we apply the option "Always ask for credentials when starting applications" in the policy the web client (HTML5 version in the browser) just stops working.

When you double click on a session it tries to start the session and asks for a password. After the system asked you for a password and enter it all you see is a circle spinning around saying that the application is loading. You can basically wait...

It is possible to use Parallels RAS wihout a Microsoft Domain?

We are evaluating Parallels RAS but in our use case we have an external directory services based on LDAP for our users. We can have those users synchronized as local accounts on the Windows Server. The problem we are hitting is installing the Server Role for Microsoft RAS as it complains that the Windows Server 2019 standard needs to be part of a domain.

1. We use raspberry pi4's with Stratodesk on them for Citrix. While I understand there is no ARM client for RAS anymore, can we just use RDP on the Pi to establish a session? If not, I might have to look elsewhere as we have alot of these things. It seems we should be able to? I can use Chrome on the Pi to hit the web interface for RAS and after that I'm thinking it should open an RDP session perhaps?

since the upgrade to version 18.0.x, RAS Universal Printing no longer works on multiple servers. It seems the problem occurs after reboot. I'm not sure whether the problem is related to the latest Windows updates. Easy Microsoft printer redirection works without any problems.

First I tried to reinstall the Printing Module according to KB:

That didn't work. Then I uninstalled the RDSH agent on the servers and reinstalled it via the RAS...

I can't see where to change/make RAS connect using the FQDN of the machine so matches the certificate and does not warn. If I remove the check from use 127.0.0.1 address when using Gateway mode in VPN the client will attempt to connect using the VDI IP address not FQDN.

I get this error in the vdiagent.log / monitor all the time, especially when hosts are provisoned and destroyed but also less frequently when no actions are performed. generally I see no issues, so all works as expected, but just wonderr if issue could be lack of permissions at VM-Ware level ?

How we use it right now - We first import the 2xc file from the import settings and then from the left connections panel we open a connection and then it takes us to the other connection where we again select an option and then it opens the final application....
