I have a subscription and am trying to use Toolbox on Windows (I use Virtualization on Mac) and am getting a message that Toolbox has been activated on 3 different machines and needs an additional license.
I assure you, there is one machine with it, and only one. Can I have my activations reset?

As an aside, it would be far more ideal if Parallels let you manage this yourself. This is an incredible inconvenience to deal with online support over. Windows loses its dialog fonts - from start menus, file explorer, not navigable.
How can I uninstall the Toolbox?

My Parallels Toolbox for Windows 10 is not updating any more. I don't know what is going on, my computer is connected to the internet and the Toolbox is the only app that I can't update. Can someone tell me what could be doing this to happen?

I have a 32:9 SuperWide curved LCD display Philips 498P9 - the link to the monitor details is below.

Capture Area or any other screen capturing/recording does not work with 5120x1440, progressive, 70Hz resolution, but it works with native 3840x1080. Any idea how to fix the issue? I have already tried to reinstall Parallels Toolbox.
