Updating the client secret value
Sometimes called an application password, a client secret is a string value Parallels DaaS can use to identify itself to Microsoft Azure.
Sign in to portal.azure.com.
In the Microsoft Entra ID admin center, in App registrations, select All applications and then select your Parallels DaaS application.
Select Certificates & secrets > Client secrets > New client secret.
Add a description for your client secret.
Select an expiration for the secret or specify a custom lifetime.
Client secret lifetime is limited to two years (24 months) or less. You can't specify a custom lifetime longer than 24 months. Microsoft recommends that you set an expiration value of less than 12 months.
Click Add.
Record the secret's value. This secret value is never displayed again after you leave this page.
Sign in to the Parallels DaaS management console at cloudadmin.parallels.com.
Select the Azure Settings category.
Edit the value of the Client secret field.
Enter the new client secret value recorded from the Azure portal.
Click Update.
