I have a business license and have been using parallels 19 for Mac (arm64) for about 2 months. While working with my internal support yesterday to troubleshoot my Windows 11 VM Password, I seem to have COMPLETELY LOST MY BUSINESS LICENSE. It does not show up on my account anymore, and when I try to activate parallels desktop with it, it say my license is not valid.
