Extended my subscription for Parallels Desktop for Mac Pro Edition by using Alipay

    Hello,
    I extended my subscription for Parallels Desktop for Mac Pro Edition by using Alipay today.
    order number: D0540009UAMC
    Cleverbridge reference ID: 473818107

    But I have not received an activation code or any notification about the successful extension.
    At the same time, I found that the payment was successfully deducted from my bank card.
