hi I too am having this issue...help...ugh!! can anyone share how you renew an expired subscription? my attempts so far are not successful.
!!!!!!! I have to join this thread. I wish there was better support on this topic of trying to renew a subscription and getting a partial confirmation, promising an email and then nothing. Under support there is no offer of a"ticket", just facebook messaging and Twitter which I do not use. Everything else is greyed out. Please confirm that I am paid up and reflect that in my account page. Or actually send an email confiring this.

I am having this problem. I enter my payment info and it sends me an email saying it was declined with all cards I have tried.
If anyone is having this issue, my solution was not to renew, but rather just pick out the subscription and buy it again.
Same as everyone else. I've been using Parallels since 2014 and I've never had such a hard time trying to give them my money. I gave up and decided to finally give VMWare Fusion a try since it free for personal use. It imported my Parallels' images and I was back up and running in 20 minutes. I'm going to just keep running Fusion for a while to see how I like it.

I am trying to renew my subscription however when I log in to my account and click on Renew Parallels Desktop, click Review Payment Options and Renew Subscription I am told for security reasons I will be sent to a separate page which opens a new tab. When I click Proceed to Payment Options, a new page opens with a verification captcha. After submitting, the following message appears: A new link has been generated and sent to your email inbox. Be sure to check your spam folder if you can't find it. If you did not receive a new email after a few minutes, please contact our Customer Support team. I haven't received any replies in 3 days. ANy ideas?
Same problem here. The subscription renewal "process" through Cleverbridge is the most incompetent clown show I've ever seen and makes me doubt the competence of Parallels. I'm going to stick with them for one more year but I'm going to try experimenting with VMFusion in the meantime, so that I can switch if this keeps going on.

Hello, I have the same issue as everyone here... Has anyone been able to solve this issue? I changed credit card so my subscription expired and I renewed it via the App Store version and the purchase was successful: I can see the subscription charged and alive in the App Store. However, I am not able to use Parallels Desktop at all. The window asking me to Subscribe is still there and even if I "Subscribe" again, it tells me that I have already subscribed, even though I cannot use it at all. Please help, I really need it to work...

Have same issue as everyone else. Send messages on Twitter and Facebook with no responses. What is going on with the slow support? Tried to buy at least 50 times yesterday and a couple times this morning. Pretty ridiculous
