Hi. Im transferring to a new Mac and I can't activate my parallels since Ive reached the limit. Ive already logged out of my old Mac
I just received a replacement MacBook Pro. I wasn't able to deactivate the old one before they wiped it at the store and I'm getting the activation limit message when trying to use my licence key on the new one.
Hello, we've made some changes with your key, please restart your Parallels Desktop and check the issue.
Hello Maria, my Parallels 13 license has also reached the activation limit. Since I have already wiped the old system, please reset the license so I can use it on my new system. (Last activation: 10.09.2019)
Hi, I changed my Mac and I can't activate my parallels since I've reached the limit. Ive already logged out of my old Mac. I opened two supports tickets but no lucks. I'm paying an annual subscription and I'm not able to use the software that I paid for: what else I have to do?
I just received a replacement MacBook Pro, but I cannot re-activate Parallels Toolbox. Reactivating for Parallels Desktop for Mac Pro worked. Please help re-activate license key for Parallels Toolbox too.
I opened two support tickets yesterday morning at 08:40 am (#2921966). After more than 24 hours I'm still unable to use the license that I paid for. The Parallels support sucks.

I am in a similar boat. I purchased a refurbished Mac mini, transferred my license to it, but ending up returning the refurbished Mac mini because of excessive fan noise. I transferred parallels back to the original Mac mini while I waited on a new Mac mini I purchased to arrive. Now I'm getting to error message when trying to transfer the license to new(est) Mac mini. I've already returned the original Mac mini to the Apple Trade-in program, but I feel certain I deactivated the parallels license on it. Can you help me?
Hi there: I see my Parallel's Desktop 13 as available on my OLD Mac but I don't see the option to activate and use it on my NEW Mac where I've installed a fresh copy of Parallel's Desktop 13. If I try activating it using my key on the NEW Mac I get the message "This license has reached its activation limit and can no longer be used to activate new product copies."
When my computer quit working, I moved its hard drives to a working computer. But I can't activate Parallels 15 (running on Sierra) because its activation limit was reached. And neither the email address (activatepd@parallels.com) nor the website (http://activatepd.parallels.com) for activating Parallels 9 works. I run Parallels 9 on a Mavericks partition. Can you help to get these two licenses working again? Thanks.
