I've been trying to renew my Parallels subscription, and whenever I press the 'review payment options and renew subscription' button, it redirects me to a page which says "A new link has been generated and sent to your email inbox. Be sure to check your spam folder if you can't find it. If you did not receive a new email after a few minutes, please contact our Customer Support team." I never got the email, and I have been repeatedly trying for a whole year now. I tried to contact support, but their only options were through FaceBook, Twitter, and here: the email option was greyed out. All of my other emails from them have arrived virtually instantaneously, it's just this one that never seems to come through. Please could I have some advice?
