Pause Windows after...

    I'm not sure if I understand how the checkbox of this feature in Configuration > Startup & Shutdown works, so may I suggest an improvement to make the "Pause Windows after" feature more intuitive (and feel free to put me right if I'm wrong!):
    Either...
    Make it so disabling the checkbox means the Virtual Machine never pauses (this would need a few words of explanation by the checkbox)
    Or...
    Get rid of the checkbox and include the option "Never" in the pull-down menu.
