I tried purchasing the Desktop Pro edition, I paid using Amex. It says "Payment not authorised", So I thought maybe I got the number wrong and tried again with the same again...nope, still not authorised. But to my surprise I received notification from my bank that I was charged twice for that attempt anyway. I called them to confirm this, the payment went through. Something is wrong with you payment system and it seems like it's not only me who experienced this. Please refund me the second payment and just give me the license key for the first payment. 466222303
