Presentation Mode should also mute Toolbox 'suggestion' popups

When in Presentation Mode, you disable notifications, which is fantastic when presenting. But yesterday, I looked up to see "hey! do you want to know how to clear your desktop?" completely covering my presentation. Since you don't seem to want to provide a way to disable those popups (which I do find useful) at least make them honor your own Presentation Mode.
