I'm trying to capture this video: When using screen capture, the recording would end at 13 minutes every time. I don't see a way to change settings on this. When trying to download the video, it was giving me the error "failed to merge audio and video". Any fixes known for these issues?
Hello, Please uninstall Parallels Toolbox and download a fresh copy of Parallels Toolbox from this link then install the latest build of Parallels Toolbox and check again.
