Problems with screen or area recording / permissions

    Hello,

    To attempt a resolution of this issue, please :

    1. Uninstall Parallels Toolbox.
    2. Reboot your Mac.
    3. Download and install Parallels Toolbox using the following link: https://download.parallels.com/toolbox/v6/6.7.0-5122/ParallelsToolbox-6.7.0-5122.dmg
    4. Attempt to reproduce the issue.

    If it persists, please collect a Technical report for our investigation.
    To do this, reproduce the issue and collect a technical report (click the Parallels Toolbox icon > Settings (Gear) icon > Help > Send technical data > check "Attach screenshots..." > press Send Report) and send the report's 9-digit ID in reply to this post.
