After I clicked the screenshot button, there is a message "Please avoid scrolling or resizing window while screenshot is being taken", and after that, no screenshot file is generated, how can I solve it? My OS is sonoma 14.5 and safari version is 17.5.

Furthermore, have you attempted disabling and re-enabling the Safari extension? (Right-click the screenshot page extension > uncheck the extension option > re-check the extension option > attempt to reproduce the issue.)

The screenshot files are usually saved on your desktop in a .pdf format. Kindly confirm if you are unable to find them still.
