Refund for a wrong purchase

    Hi!
    I made a wrong purchase and would like a refund. I want to buy new license with student discount (Pro Edition) to a activate parallel but, unfortunately, I made the purchase of Standard Edition license(1-time purcharse). In fact, I'm new to this platform. Please refund this purchase so that I can buy correct one.

    Please be informed that Apple does not permit returns or offer refunds for products purchased through the App Store, including Parallels Desktop. Parallels can't process returns or refunds for Parallels Desktop sold by Apple.
