[Software Issue] Cloud Paging application

I am using this application named "AppsAnywhere" for using enterprise software remotely. The connectivity is done via an app called "Cloudpaging Player". However, Cloudpaging Player does not work on my Parallels Windows 11 and gives me error "unable to create com objects".
I have tried to find a solution online, and some suggested it's due to application privileges. I tried for a couple of hours tweaking bits of my MACOS but none seemed to work.
My situation is attached below in the screenshots.
