I've been a customer since 2016 and have an active 3-year SPLA agreement that started in 2023. Now in the support portal all my previous tickets are GONE and it does not allow me to create a ticket or call support. Is this a bug or what the heck is going on . We pay for support and this is a business that relies on support. Now, the only method of communicating is Facebook or community. I need someone to respond. Thank you, Richard
