Unable to activate parallels 14 on new Mac due to Activation limit reached

    The old Mac is broken and thus not able perform logout on it.
    The guide KB123461 says upon login to the new Mac, a dialog with "Activate on This Mac" should appear, but that does not happen.
    It only says the licence has reached it's activation limit, can this be reset please?

    We have reset your Parallels Desktop 12 key. You can use it again.
