Unable to start FC 24 game.

Hello. I bought the game FC 24 from EA Sports. I'm running Parallels on my Macbook Pro M1 Max. After installing the game, I press the "play" button, but the game does not start at all.

Has anyone encountered this problem and been able to solve it? All the methods I found on the internet were unsuccessful.
