Where do I find the permanent / perpetual licenses to buy on the website?

Does anyone have a link? I swear I saw the option on the website literally like a week or two ago and now all I can seem to find are the subscription based purchase options. I just want to buy it once and not be charged every year. They talk about a permanent license in some of their FAQ links and when you google, but I can't seem to find out how to actually buy it. Can anyone help?
