Window Manager arrange across multiple monitors

Does the window manager tool replace other apps you use to manage windows?

    When I use the Left/Right with key combinations, it would be great to have the window cycle across available monitors. Other standalone window management apps do this seamlessly The lack of this feature means that I've got to drag the window over to the other screen. Anytime I have to use the mouse to interact with a window, I'm losing productivity.
