It worked in the end without any feedback, after I lost an hour looking for a solution and started looking for alternatives. Please have your team work on this issue, it was very frustrating and as we can see here has been happening for two years now. It's mind-boggling to me that the step where we GIVE YOU MONEY isn't working flawlessly...

I'm having the same issue as well. I have tried a dozen times and I just get: "You have successfully updated your payment details for your subscription. You will receive an email with further information about your payment at the appropriate time" but I never get an email.
Not to resurrect an old thread willy-nilly, but I'm having the same problem on a Parallels reinstall just now on an M2 Pro with Sonoma. Can't open desktop because of "license has expired," but I've tried to renew multiple times now.
I am in the same spot. I am told 'at an appropriate time' but have not seen anything. This is so frustrating. I wish I had a choice to use something else.

Hello @NigelH1 As checked on our side, it appears that your Parallels Desktop for Mac Pro subscription was refunded on 2024-06-05. Thus, you won't be able to renew it again and will have to make a new purchase if you would like to continue using Parallels Desktop. Thank you.
