This is a new account given I can't log into one with licence. Purchased new Mac and sold old one. Licence for this account says it's reached it activation limit and no longer be used to activate new products. Not receiving unrecognised web browser email for account access.

Please note that this account does not have any license assigned. Please login to Parallels Desktop using the email d***.c****@id**.de to use your Parallels Desktop 11 license. sometime emails from the organized web browser are going to spam/ junk folder. Please check these mails, if the message is mistakenly marked as a spam.
