Hello, I just purchased a used Macbook Pro (2019 version) and running Sonoma. My old Macbook Pro is a mid-2012 running OS High Sierra. I had Parallels 14 installed and running Windows XP and Windows 7. I tried to download and install a trial version of Parallels Desktop 19 to make sure I can run XP and Windows 7 (I'm not sure I can). However, when I downloaded the trial version and launched Parallels, it says I have an existing license for Parallels 14 and my only options are to upgrade to Pro or provide a key, but I wasn't provided a key for the trial version.
Hello, Thank you for reaching out. Please follow the article https://kb.parallels.com/124227 to activate you trial. If you are still having issues, please share screenshot of the error. Thanks
Hi, I don't have the option for start a trial. These are my only options because it's looking at an obsolete version of Parallels.
