Moin, Problem: my license is bound to an account I don't remember the password for. The "Forgot password" process didn't work - no recovery email was received, even after trying multiple times and waiting a couple of hours (and yes, observing the "Junk" folder as well). Since I already have an older, but working account, I'd like to transfer my license to this account. I know this is possible, but I need help from a staff member here.
