If you are still unable to activate, Open Terminal on the Mac and execute this command: prlsrvctl activate-license-online Note: Parallels Desktop 10 is not compatible with Sierra or newer macOS X versions.

This is not working. I am unable to activate via terminal. The error says "Failed to activate the license: Operation timeout. The operation could not be complete due to timeout." Also, when trying to deactivate it says "Your type of license cannot be deactivated"

Parallels: I'm having this issue again. You still don't answer the phone and don't offer email support either. Please deactivate my Parallels 12 license so that I can activate it on a new Mac.
