Parallels ought to add the functionality to de-activate a license in the my.parallels.com Dashboard, instead of making it so difficult to use the software you sell.
With Parallels being no little to no help whatsoever, and deliverately preventing users from transferring their purchased software from one machine to another, so that users just buy their upgrade because that's easier, I was pleasantly surprised to discover that their main competitor, VMw@re, offers their Fu!on product for FREE for personal use! And it works great!
I was particularly impressed that Parallels had tech support on their phone system's menu tree, and that when you select the tech support option, the phone system just disconnects the call!
And Parallels support still hasn't helped me days later. And deleted my resolution to Parallels's money grubbing, which was to dump Parallels in favor of the FREE VMw@r3 Fu!0n product, which so far has proven to be better software.
