I am a Parallels Desktop 17 user, upgraded from V16 and have keys for V17&V16. Parallels Desktop has been logged out of the old machine. However, when activating on a new machine, there is a problem that "the old activation key has not been accepted by the license service" .

5 days later no further response from Parallels. They are blocking registration of legally obtained legacy product licenses, no doubt, in a effort to get users to upgrade.

i downloaded the free trial version , after it ended i decided to upgrade to the pro version , the problems is that in my account i can see the licence is activated but everi time i launch the app it keep asking for the olber activation key, obiously i dont have one i just paid for the first one

Cannot activate upgrade license key that had been in use on old mac. Have a new mac and don't have the old (Parallels 14) license key available to activate the Parallels 17 upgrade license key.
