purchased wrong version (upgrade not full)

    I also purchase an upgrade and found out that I should have purchase a full version. I would like to request a refund. Thank you.

    Hi! I also accidentally tried to purchase an upgrade. I intend to start the pro subsciption so I would like to request a refund for the upgrade. Thanks in advance!
