Just trying to start my old parallels 11.2.3 after I had to reinstall/restore my iMac 10.13.6. When I try to open it I get the message "Your email address has not yet been confirmed" I can hit the button "resend email" a hundred times, but won't get an email. I tried reinstalling Parallels access, which will show me an active connection (green light), so this looks OK, but I do NOT get the email confirmation. What can I do? Please help. Tx Ron
Hello, Thank you for your feedback. We have checked the logs and found that the emails were sent successfully to your email address. Can you please check if it went to your spam/junk folders? Thanks
I tried at least 20 times in the meantime. I do NOT get any Email! Of course, I am checking the SPAM/JUNK folder all of the time.... Can you sent me a personal message in a different way? Tx Ron
btw. the mail with the info, that my parallels password was reset, arrived without any issues....! Tx for your update and help....
Just to make it clear once again. The required Email to can start my Parallels application, does NOT arrive! The "Tx" was ironic, because there was NOT ANY HELPFUL answer. I will never again buy a parallels product. Just every time I want to use it on a new machine, it does NOT work....
even after trying by changing the Email adress for my account back and forth, I am ALWAYS receiving the emails about my changed account or changed password. Now I even updated to the last possible Parallels 11 version. Still DO NOT get an Email to start Parallels Desktop 11 app.....!! That is very sad, just to name it in a polite way!
