Hello, As per the technical report, it'a copied virtual machine and Parallels tools is not installed. Can you please install Parallels Tools and retry? For more information on how to install Tools, please go to the link https://kb.parallels.com/en/115835 Let us know the outcome. thanks
I reinstalled Parallels tools (there was no option install, only reinstall). This did not fix the problem. I generated and uploaded a new report. The 9-digit ID is: 451825857
I have the same problem. I am tired of parallels support ...... they don“t fix the problem in new versions. it is frustrating.
